Use mail.yourwebsitename.com for both SMTP and POP3 server names. Remember to use your full email address as your login name ( This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it ) and also to turn SMTP authentication on (advanced settings in Outlook, default for most macs).
